Over the years, many athletes have been trained inappropriately for their sport, especially golf. Using science and the latest advances in golf conditioning allows us to establish your customized training programs and closely follow your improvements.
In addition, Alan has been practicing massage for the past 14 years and has been doing Active Release Techniques for the past 3 years. “I have not found any other technique that is as effective on injuries and repetitive strains. I have treated people in all lines of work and sport at all levels, … keeping you in the best shape and as pain free as possible is my focus.”
Golf is a highly athletic event. Amateur Golfers reach approximately 90% of their peak muscle activity when driving a golf ball. Astonishingly 45- 53% of all golfers suffer from low back pain or some other form of injury related to their sport. Do you want to reduce your injuries with the bonus of hitting the ball farther and in more control??? That’s what we do….
